UNITED YOUNGSTER LINKED WITH AUSTRALIAN MOVE
Manchester United youngster Axel Tuanzebe has been linked with a loan move away from Old Trafford in recent times and he is expected to leave this summer in search of regular first-team football. Tuanzebe has spent a lot of years at United and has continued to struggle to break into the starting eleven at the club no matter how hard he has tried. He has had to come against a lot of tough competition for a starting role in the club's central defensive department and it is not looking like the competition will be any easier anytime soon, especially with the kind of summer transfer window business United have worked to complete so far.
Manchester United have completed the signing of France international central defender Raphael Varane from Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid this summer and that means that the Red Devils now have the Frenchman, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, and Eric Bailly as the senior central defensive options.
Tuanzebe is probably the fifth-choice option for the role at the moment and it is going to be a tough call for him to enjoy playing time at Old Trafford this season, which is the particular reason why he should seek out his loan transfer from Old Trafford.
Newcastle United, Aston Villa, and Crystal Palace have been touted as some of the clubs linked to his signing this summer but there has not been any official approach or move from any club to try and prize him away from the Theater of Dreams.
In what looks like the latest development, the young defender has now reportedly started to attract interest from Australia, with some unnamed clubs in the A-League said to have shown interest in signing him this summer. However, he would love to remain in England or move to Germany as those are the two places where he believes he can continue his development without interruption.
