On their return to the Champions League group stage, Celtic are in Group F alongside defending champions Real Madrid, German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig and Ukrainian side Shakthar Donetsk.
After the first set of games in Group C, Australia manager Postecoglu and Celtic are still looking for their first win in the competition this season. They were beaten 3-0 at home by holders Real Madrid in their first game with all the goals coming in the second half. Real Madrid were handed a big blow with the injury to their best player in the first half, but it didn't stop them from collecting the three points on offer. Frenchman Karim Benzema is the best player at Real Madrid and he suffered an injury during the game against Celtic. Eden Hazard came on for injured Benzema and he scored once plus an assist.
