Fabian Delphpraised the work rate of his 19 year old teammate Jack Grealish
At the age of 19, Jack Grealish was given the opportunity to shine at the big stage as the young midfielder performed in Aston Villa’s FA Cup semifinal match against Liverpool which was played on April 19 and resulted in a 2-1 victory for Aston Villa.
Christian Benteke and Fabian Delph found the back of the net for the team of Tim Sherwood which was enough to knock out Liverpool out of the FA Cup.
Even though Jack Grealish could not make his mark on the score-sheet, the young player made a huge contribution in the pitch as he was involved in all of the goals of Aston Villa who even at his young age is already emerging as a player who has a promising future ahead of him.
The captain of Aston Villa, Fabian Delph stated that Jack Grealish is a very talented player but that’s not the only thing which has helped him as Grealish works harder than everybody else in the Premier League club.
Fabian Delph said: "Jack Grealish and I are always the last ones out on the pitches as he always wants to do extra. He has a real desire to improve and be the best player he can and that's great to see. When you are his age you've got no fear and you just go out there and perform. That's what he's doing and he's doing it brilliantly"
Aston Villa made it to the finals of the FA Cup which is scheduled to take place on May 30 but at the same time they have to focus on surviving for another season in the Premier League as the team of Tim Sherwood is located in the bottom spots of the English League and will need a few points to avoid being relegated.
